'RISE AND SHINE' affirmation mirror sticker by Selfawear
Brighten up your mirror or your windows with these powerful reminders that are made to inspire confidence and self love.
Do affirmations work?...
YES! As a type of positive self-talk, affirmations can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. Repeating a supportive, encouraging phrase gives it power, since hearing something often makes it more likely you'll believe it. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes.
Our Selfawear Affirmation stickers are 2.5cm high and are all sent with 'How To' instructions.
The most powerful affirmations are those you say out loud when you are in front of your mirror.
~ Stand straight in front of your mirror, with your head up and shoulders back.
~ Look into your eyes, breathe deeply and start repeating your powerful affirmations out loud.
